Beautiful views with many breathtaking scenes of the mountains, valleys and some waterfalls. If you go during spring the fynbos and, especially the proteas, are blooming! Very steep at times but the views make it worth the push. The weather can change very quickly on these mountains, cloud often rises up out of nowhere and the wind picks up to reach gale-force speeds. Warm clothing is suggested for the top. There are great rock formations at the viewpoint that are basically perfect as a seating area. Permit is required for this hike.
